Current Current Opening: Delivery & Installation Associate, Grand Falls-Windsor
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate who will assist our team in deliveries, warehouse functions, furniture installation/assembly, customer service and sales in our Grand Falls-Windsor branch location.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute the timely and accurate delivery of products to customer locations while ensuring safe handling, transportation, and documentation of orders.
• Pick, pack, receive, and organize inventory to support efficient warehouse and order fulfillment operations.
• Assemble, install, and test furniture and related products according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Provide professional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction during deliveries and installations.
• Support sales efforts by recommending products, services, warranties, and accessories while identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies, including proper lifting techniques, vehicle safety, and reporting of hazards or operational issues.

What’s in it for you?
Dicks and Company offers:
• Part-time to potential full-time position, up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm;
• Hourly wage ranging $16.50 to $17.50 (including vacation pay); and
• Paid time off, health benefits, company pension in an interesting work environment if progressed into full-time position.
